About Our Food
The Outreach Program of Brainerd Lakes’s food packages help restore health and improve a child/adult’s mental and physical alertness.
The meals we package are nutrient dense, including protein, vitamins, and minerals.
All meals have been formulated by Iowa State University and have nutritional information printed on the meal bags.
The meals only require 3-8 cups of boiling water to make.
Each meal bag contains 6 servings.
